Expand the program that I started by strengthening our existing Traffic Safety Unit

RESIDENTIAL ISSUES
Continue to target illegal apartments through aggressive code enforcement

Create a policy that ensures maintenance of abandoned and neglected absentee owned or foreclosed properties

Continue the ongoing program of curb installation and sidewalk refurbishment on residential streets
 

VEHICLE ISSUES
Prevent price gouging when vehicles are towed from private properties

Implement resident permit parking where needed in the First Ward
 

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
Enhancement of Senior Citizen Services

Completion of TV-35's restructuring into a state-of-the-art public access station
